FAQ

Q. If I registered for the EDW Chicago Conference, does my registration automatically move to this Bootcamp event?

A. No. All paid registrants who are active in our system as of July 17th should have received communication from our CEO Tony Shaw about cancellation and registration options and WILL NOT be automatically transferred to the October Bootcamp event. If you need additional assistance, please email registration@dataversity.net and our staff will happily assist you.

Q. If I register and this event is canceled, will I get a refund?

A. You can find our standard cancellation policy here. We intend to follow those guidelines. If you applied a previous event credit to book this new registration, there may be limitations on this policy. Please contact us at registration@dataversity.net if you have additional questions.
